Harassing the customers

Really it is very bed application. I have order the dress and it was not fitted me and i have created the return. For 3 days continuously i am getting the message for out of pickup but nobody came for pickup and nobody has called me after 3 days the pickup has cancelled without checking the product with reason quality not passed.agin i have created the return and raised the complaint this is happened again. Nobody came for pickup and with same reason gain they have rejected. The told can’t do anything because it is declined from internally. This is myntra and pickup people fault but they harassed the customer. No solution i have received for that and i don’t know how many people has suffered with this application
