They are not delivering the product on time. Customer Support calls daily and saying that the product will deliver today, not received the products for many days. I f call to customer care, no response from them. Product quality was also chip. 100% Waste of money. view more

I had ordered football shoes on april 12 2014, I received my package on 15 april but was surpirsed to have received the wrong size. I raised the issue with customer service only to get promises of reverse pick ups for the next 7 days. Also according to their policies, they will be unable to dispatch the right product unless the faulty pakcage reaches their warehouse. I don't expect this to happen anytime soon. The prices are steep, you can find cheaper on other items, but when there is some scheme, they get unbeatable. Under GOSF, i got delivery of goods, which are generally not delivered by other websites, as they are too bulky. HK delivers all. And with their replacement on the door facility which I have used multiple times, they are superb.
