Poor service! Utterly disappointing customer care!

I had ordered football shoes on april 12 2014, I received my package on 15 april but was surpirsed to have received the wrong size. I raised the issue with customer service only to get promises of reverse pick ups for the next 7 days. Also according to their policies, they will be unable to dispatch the right product unless the faulty pakcage reaches their warehouse. I don’t expect this to happen anytime soon.

To sum it up, it took me over 20 days to lay my hands on the right football shoes. It would have been much easier if i had just walked up to the nearest store and bought myself a pair of shoes.
