I ordered couple of things from this site on April 4th and I am still waiting for it as I write this review! Despite multiple mails and calls, answer I get is "We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to the relevant department for further necessary action. I don't care about the order anymore..you cannot keep your own committed FINE PRINT..of 21 days..and yet you have guts to tell me *"we can not commit you for any specific date and time for this but we try our best to deliver the product as soon as possible"* What are you running ? A professional organisation or a scam ?? You have taken the money for the order, and you are not delivering within your own committed time... And you cannot keep my money. This is FRAUD.. I made a purchase for an order on this site on 3rd Dec. I was charged on my credit card on it. On 4th Dec, when I went to download the order from My Account, I cant see it. So I think, "temporary glitch" and contact through both email and phone the DnY team. Since then, after 6 phone calls, 13 emails and repeated followups, all I have is "we need the order number".
