Scary security, horrible service!

I made a purchase for an order on this site on 3rd Dec. I was charged on my credit card on it. On 4th Dec, when I went to download the order from My Account, I cant see it. So I think, “temporary glitch”
and contact through both email and phone the DnY team.
Since then, after 6 phone calls, 13 emails and repeated followups, all I have is “we need the order number”. Somehow the fact that if I had the order no., I wouldnt be contacting them seems too difficult for the team to understand. Finally, I have been informed that DnY can do nothing about this- so am giving up the payment already made as a bad deal and crossing my heart- never again on this site!
On top of that, I was aske d by the team to check my account again on 5th Dec. On doing that, I find a pending order for a Blackberry, which I have not placed!
The level of security at this site seems abysmal. I am very afraid of leaving my details on it now, since its obvious someone can easily hack into our accounts. Also, the DnY is either unable to track anything made on their site or doesnt really care two hoots. Either way, a horrible experience and one I hope no one else has to go through.
