I had placed an order for a dress from Craftsvilla and I was following up on the delivery. They gave me the vendor's no and the tracking no without any mention of the courier company. I wrote back to them asking for the name of the courier company. They then replied stating that the vendor does not have your order and we request you to cancel the order and claim a voucher for the same amount for your next purchase. They Furnishes False Seller Details & the Dispatch Details. Their Site Phone Number Drops Down Saying that their Support Executive is Busy. They Never Keeps Track whether Ur Item is Delivered or Not. Sometimes it Never Reaches & Upon inquest they say that Ur Paid Amount will Remain with them & U have to Purchase some other item from them. I had ordered an antique wall clock (MDEIND83675) from Craftsvilla on 10 Apr 14. the product specifications on their website quoted the diameter of the wall clock as 27"(Twenty Seven Inches) and the cost as Rs.1,499/-.
