sent Almonds with germs and still no refund

ordered 1kg almonds with them and everyone received bad almonds with germs.
after reviews, i rejected the courier and asked for refund.
Craftsvilla sent mail for refund but even after 2 months, there is no refund after reminders.
its better to stay away.
