My very first order with brandfactoy online. It has been more than 3 weeks now, I have not received my order. They charged my credit card right away. I have tried emailing the but there is no response. I treed to call called them quite a few times but was placed on an endless hold every time and then got disconnected after 45 minutes. It is impossible to reach someone here. I am left with no other option but to dispute with my credit card. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM, STAY AWAY. view more

The worst experience I have ever faced with any other websites so far. They are unable to serve. Better they can shut down their services if they cannot serve good to the customers. From 2 months the items kept for return or exchange are not attempted by any one till date. Idiots, my time and money is wasted. I have purchased 2 T-shirts on 21st June 2019 and i placed return request on 24th June 2019 but till today no body turned up for pickup and when i spoke to customer care they raised complaint but still no return pickup , i have following up but from past 3 days , when i connect customer care, as soon i told my Order ID as 26232, they will ask me wait and after some time they will disconnect the call automatically. The store was overflowing with garments of all sorts. Name anything from any brand, chances are high you get it. The store has many floors dedicated to different garments, from casuals to formals, for men, women and children. There were a wide variety of brands to choose from.
