They are a SCAM. Stay Away

My very first order with brandfactoy online. It has been more than 3 weeks now, I have not received my order. They charged my credit card right away. I have tried emailing the but there is no response. I treed to call called them quite a few times but was placed on an endless hold every time and then got disconnected after 45 minutes. It is impossible to reach someone here.

I am left with no other option but to dispute with my credit card.

THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM, STAY AWAY.
