so I returned the ordered because of no tag the order was not pickedup the delivery boy and since then I have been trying to return and still no progress till 20th June. So would really request not to order from this app. It's a fake site and customer service is very very poor. view more

This is really absurd and an true example of pathetic service. i ordered a product from Ajio on 3 may and it got delivered by 5 may and on the very same day i placed an request for return, it's been a month and i still have my order, waiting for return to happen, i mean if you call there customer care everyday even then they don't care, no result by anything try sending email or calling them,you do anything they really don't care,no wonder why eCommerce is in loss such kind of services will g... view more

Do not buy anything from ajio/reliance trends, Product is double expensive Products are not of proper brand Product doesn’t have quality By giving the coupons of thousands rupees they are fooling you, for coupons redumption you have pay again a large amount. I purchased a flying machine branded Jean from Ajio. Upon receiving the product, I found that the product is smaller than they claim. (in their website, the inseam length is listed as 33inches, but real inseam length is only 31inches). So I asked them for a return and they said they do not provide return pick in my area(In their app there is an option to check if return picks up is available and it says they can pick it up from my area).  So  I need to return it myself to their warehouse. ... view more

AJIO has one of most pathetic quality check, delivery standards and customer care service. I had ordered a couple of superdry T-shirt’s recently and it was a COD, I got the delivery and paid cash for it . When I opened the parcel one of T-shirt’s did not have tags on them and the other one had magnetic strip on it and the packing was so pathetic because of which the both T-shirts were dirty . I oredered for about Rs.3000 from this good for nothing site. What received was not what i ordered they sent a much cheaper kurtis and they would not take it back. Loss of money, loss of time... dont fall for the upvotes most probably done by their pr team. Same happned to a friend of mine also. view more
