I’ve had a horrible experience with Ajio not once but TWICE! I had placed my order and did online payment. I received the package with an item missing. It was supposed to be a Anarkali and trouser set, but they had only sent the Anarkali (I also sent them the video of unboxing). These guys take you for a ride. Their products dont match the standard industrial size and when we ask for a return, they cause delays by giving false promises and vague replies. Please avoid shopping with them to save your hard earned money. Not worth haggling with the customer service executives who are least bothered to help you out. view more

Never order or shop on AJio just with eye catchy offers. They deliver wrong size product and pick will be done after 4 days of given date. I Purchased nike shoes from AJIO. But somehow they are not fit so I asked to return them. But these people refused for return and the silly answer for that is shoe box is not there. I consistently argue that the shoes itself is having all the relevant information, like bar code, manufacturing details place of origin etc. I share that to them.
