Worst experience delivered wrong product

It is the worste shopping experience I have ever experienced I have ordered 3items from store itself and they have sent me proper bill and the pant I have received is wrong product not the one I have ordered and not the one which is mentioned in there bill too and it a birthday occasion for which I wanted the dress for and MISS.Kadambari the supervisor from Mumbai customer care spoke to me for an hour and made to book return request my end and I did as the instructions provided to me and next the courier guy came for pick up and saying quality check is not done so cannot pick I need to call customer care. After calling them they are telling we haven’t don’t that sorry for the inconvenience we will do it right away so here everyday I am calling them for there mistakes and wasting my time n money and am not getting the product exchanged or nor complete refund. My complaint ID IS : COM00002542035. And they are not ready to exchange either from store nor online I wanted that pant for birthday occasion.
