You won't be able to use the 450 voucher and 1499 voucher together.
Someone mentioned the current limit is 1649 for prime voucher balance so you would have to bring down the prime voucher balance by buying the anytime vouchers ,then add 1499 balance & activate prime & use up the balance & then cancel the anytime vouchers to get back the 300 odd balance

My brother missed payment on his hdfc card by 7 days last month, total due was exactly 100rs...hdfc didn't charge anything. Basically banks are following rules but as i explained in previous msg if total amount due was even 101.50 then it needs to be paid fully otherwise they will charge late fee and interest etc.
