I already have 450₹ worth of voucher in my account and subscription ended I want the 1499 voucher but how do i layoff my existing vouchers so that i can buy from you and add to my account
You won't be able to use the 450 voucher and 1499 voucher together.
Someone mentioned the current limit is 1649 for prime voucher balance so you would have to bring down the prime voucher balance by buying the anytime vouchers ,then add 1499 balance & activate prime & use up the balance & then cancel the anytime vouchers to get back the 300 odd balance
