Which App should i subscribe to : Zomato Pro Plus or Swiggy One?

all together i am in different world.

till now i never ordered food from any apps, only dominos and pizzahut.

still i verified a few prices on zomato as i recently bought times prime( for zee5 & sonyliv) and there comes zomato pro free for 3 months which i have not activated yet.

i was casually verifying near by tiffin service prices on zomato. They are 10 to 15 rs more for single item than when we dine there. Meals are 50 to 100 more. Few chutneys we get in restaurant are not included in menu.

so eventhough delivery is free, with in food price  they adjust i think.

service and others are not known and my comments are purely on price, afterall  i am dimer by blood since 2013 🤣. Only price matters.

Prices in delivery platforms are inflated even after discounts. Noticed this recently at many places.

What’s the difference between Zomato pro and pro plus???

swiggy customercare is very poor.

No control over restuarants. I have swiggy super and yesterday the hotel sent stale food. After lot of angry msg exchnage, they offered to give 50% refund (earlier they were giving promo code). I have now taken zomato pro plus for INR 400.

Decided bro after survey ? If yes, pls let us know also what you have decided after this month long survey

in zomato pro plus delivery charges are waived off and bcoz of that only i have started using zomato again after almost year and half but delivery experience is similar in both apps, they dont care much if customer gets less quantity or wrong order, so for me both are same..If you are rich go for zomato pro plus as you get free delivery with no minimum order, swiggy is good if you buy groceries online

Dont go for zomato, now their after sale service is very bad and acc. To their new policy, they are not responsiblw for any incorrct order or quantity or quality

Got Zomato pro for free by a code, the paid 199 to upgrade to plus. I never paid delivery fee even for 90rs order m I have saved alot on delivery fees and pro plus extra discount

I am subscribed to both on a yearly basis. There is always a backup for me. Since most of the time there’s no delivery personnel available in either of the apps at any given point in a city like Mumbai. ie. there’s no delivery executive available nearby on Swiggy, so the restaurant will show as “Un-Serviceable”, this is where Zomato comes handy. Vis-a-versa. I don’t find much of a pricing difference with the discounts. It’s just a few rupees difference.

Also if Swiggy is down and you damn hungry then obviously you will place an order on Zomato, and if you don’t have a membership on Zomato then your gonna pay delivery charges plus your not gonna get the membership discounts.

So it’s better to buy both memberships as either one will come handy if there is an emergency and there’s no delivery executive available on one app, but you can still order from the other app or if you are a frequent user like me 😃
