Which App should i subscribe to : Zomato Pro Plus or Swiggy One?

It’s insane that PPL are preferring swiggy one over Zomato pro

Swiggy one you have to have 199 for free delivery and only on select restros (which they can add or remove anytime)

Zomato pro – no delivery fee on ALL restro without min delivery issue

Are you sure about zomato pro no min delivery amount? because in T&C it’s mentioned it’s upto individual restros to fix min free delivery amount.

I shifted to zomato pro plus from swiggy one. No minimum order value is USP. only drawback , can’t use Amazon pay on zomato

do check with some nearby local and small restaurant. Some inflate their prices by upto 50% on delivery platforms. If ordered directly from them you not only save on delivery but also pay less for the same items. Even the discounted fare on swiggy/zomato is more than what you pay if ordering directly. You can try working out a daily meal plan with some small restaurant as well. Here’s an example from my area:

Most of so called swiggy/zomato exclusive cloud kitchens are heavily overpriced. For example if you see the rates of box8 and faasos, a full meal goes upto 300 bucks. The same in a regular restaurant  comes at 150 or less. Try checking locally and decide wisely. You might end up supporting some local business finally 😉

swiggy one anyday, Zomato was better in thr past but their CEO is myopic and now Swiggy is zooming past them. Too many benefits on swiggy compared to Zomato. 

Fast delivered & good offers

Swiggy one does not apply on every restaurant. I think the delivery is free only for restaurants 6km or less whereas Zomato Pro plus has free delivery unconditionally. Only problem is Zomato has useless coupons and offers. Swiggy has a huge list of offers and coupons to use.

I have both Zomato pro plus and Swiggy one.
1. Swiggy one is limited to particular restaurants.In Zomato there is vast number of restaurants.

2. Swiggy provide extra discounts on supporting restaurants.Zomato has deal of the day offers.

3. Swiggy will club your order with      someone else order and make you wait.Zomato has 30 mins or free kind of concept of we pay 9 rs extra(max credits 250 rs).

4.Swiggy has instamart.

The above are the things which I observed.And if need to renew the membership I will go for Zomato.

If you use Instamart, Swiggy one is No Brainer.

In case instamart is not used/available, then you can decide based on other responses.

For me, Swiggy one anyday.

Also, Zomato Pro Plus is not available for all. Please have that into consideration as well.

If you get pro plus, go for it, they donot have minimum order restrictions for free delivery.

Discounts are many times better or at par with Swiggy

I think, we should have both subscriptions

To get highest benefits consider joining either of the ecosystem:

Zomato Ecosystem: Zomato Edition Card 5% CB on every order plus regular coupon codes plus minimum delivery order of RS 50 and no delivery fee with Zomato Pro Plus Membership.

Swiggy Ecosystem: Instamart plus regular coupon codes, Free delivery minimum RS 199.

I don’t order grocery stuff online so Instamart is useless for me. I am completely embedded in Zomato and making the most of out it.

for Pune. Zomato pro is better as the discounts are higher on Zomato most of the times.

Zomato better! Free delivery and same restaurant discount on swiggy and zomato in my city.

Pro tip:

If you have been invited for Pro Plus, first extend your validity of Pro. Then accept Plus. I got Pro Plus at 100 for 20+ 90(extended 3 months voucher) days. I wonder if I had done a full 1 year Pro recharge and then accepted Pro Plus, how much they would charge..

People who are voting for Swiggy are those who didn’t get Zomato pro plus membership.

Look for tiffin service in your area or have a talk with your favorite local dhaba/eating point for monthly charges for one time food..

Zomato pro plus is worth if ur order is less than 100 bcoz of no delivery charges

Anytime zomato pro plus, i have reasons :

For personal order (medium eater) , cart value will be around 150 or personal snacks sandwich /juices/momos etc will be less than 100 , so making cart value above 199 makes no sense , the percentage of profit you got afer applying promocode in swiggy is the same amount diffrence that you made to push the cart value to 199/- !!

Biggest con of swiggy : not every restaurant is swiggy one partnered !! Zomato has free delivery to all orders above 50/- applicable to all restaurants !!

Last point : zomato doesnt has ‘extra pricey’ menu from restaurant where in swiggy always has overhead price of atleast 10/20 rs added extra to items as compared to original restaurant menu!!

I have ignored the swiggy instamart thing since I am considering only restaurant !!
