All companies available now in market are not providing pure ghee
They mix dalda with natural ghee
Or use A2 milk for making ghee
Go to any village and ask them to gave pure cow/ buffalo ghee
And try it once
You will feel the difference
It’s like
Zameen aasman ka fark hai

Always prefer Amul
Cow ghee should be more costly if check production wise but in market is cheaper

I suggest above,
still I suggest to ask your Grandma for recipe of home made cow ghee.
It will be 100% pure made at home.
Everyone should be worried about the quality of the milk and the products instead of milk from cow or buffalo.
Both are good scientifically but due to ppl preferring cow milk they have started charging a premium on the milk from cow and cow products
The amount of steroids they use to ensure they produce more milk and in turn that damages our health is bad for us.
If you are willing to pay extra then go for organic milk and products
I prefer Mother dairy cow ghee, after trying many brand. But buy iy from mother dairy shop, not from retail shop.
Any difference in quality from other shop?
Like amazon fresh got offer currently.
sri sri tattva cow ghee is best. please try
Go for KAPIVA ORGANIC GHEE I just bought.
Second best is BB Fresho Organic organic ghee whiich my family uses since 1 and half year.. both are made by traditional bilona method KAPIVA is expensive Fresho is most affordable
If u have time
Better buy cream milk and take butter from it and make ghee urself
10-15 days of butter collection Will give u good amount of ghee for almost 200g and natural taste
Anyhow milk u consume
This suggestion only if u have time and patience
Else pls ignore
If milk (mixed some camical or any other substance) isnt pure in first instance; then how come ghee will be pure?….
I tried most of the brand like, Amul, Amul Cow, Nandani Cow, Mother Dairy Cow, Gowardhan, Paras….but Amul Cow Ghee is best and then Gowardhan & Mother dairy.
Try Aashirvad swasti ghee. Flavour is extremely good, we love it. We tried all popular brands like Amul , Aavin, Nandini, Nilgiris, GRB , etc; only Aashirvad swasti is the best
Nobody mentioning patanjali why. is it so bad?
Cow Ghee is good. Please insist on A2 Cow Ghee. The hump on the cow takes away toxins and the milk is pure compared to any other.
Patanjali is better than any other Ghee. I worked for them for 6 months hence can say that their process is very much capable of finding any impurities in milk for processing Ghee.
Patanjali is very average ghee. We tried twice and stopped buying it.
Anyone tasted / tested FAMILY FARM desi ghee from GROFERS?
What about goat milk ghee ? which brands are best for goat ghee
Firstly, which brand produces goat ghee?
I couldn’t find any
Bought yesterday 0.5 kg for Rs400. Was made on order by a local milkman. Had to wait 3 days.
Aroma unmatched.
Though not in favour of packed ghee- but if no choice then Sri Sri Tatva or Aashirwad Swasti can be considered.
Aavin Ghee, not sure if available in other states than TN
Milkfood ghee I like most
Seeing all replies ..one thing is evident
Buy from local mafacturer in your state.
Looks like same brand in other than home state are not following same quality metrics.
If in AP, go with kamadhenu
If in north states, Amul / Patanjali
If in south states, Nandini / Avin
Organic ghee

Make your own; it’s very easy and you’ll get organic homemade ghee!
We make our own ghee from Amul Gold (milk that I believe is a buffalo milk) and I haven’t found any ghee in the market that has the same ‘taste’.
As someone said above, buffalo milk and subsequently it’s ghee has more protein and fat so helps if you seek weight gain. Also buffalo milk ghee is a bit thicker than the cow’s.
I always prefer homemade ghee because it contains love and emotions of mother
Sri Ganapathi Ghee – Pure Cow Ghee
https://www.amazon.in/Sri-Ganapathi-Ghee-Pure-2...
Ghee made after pasteurisation and fermentation of cream is good i.e cream on curd is good but as per my knowledge no company do like this process
Buffalo ghee has good taste and also helps in gaining weight but it doesn’t have much of nutritional value compared to cow ghee. Cow ghee has lots of nutritional value and also helps to reduce weight. In a nutshell cow ghee is better than buffalo ghee in terms of health.
If you want to purchase cow ghee online within:
₹500 to ₹600 Gowardhan ghee (best in class)
₹450 to ₹500 amul ghee, mother dairy and Nestle
₹400 to ₹450 Ananda gopaljee ghee (best cheapest ghee)
These are personally verified. If you want buffalo ghee. Vedaka buffalo ghee is also available in Amazon
I would recommend go with desi cow ghee. Better if you get it from local farmers or local dairy so that it must be more authentic compare to buying ghee pockets from shops.
If you wont get it from local farmers then Buy it from below link. Personally I used it and recommending. I cost is comparatively high due authentic one.

Nandini cow ghee is only available in Karnataka but its really good. Nearly indistinguishable from home-made ghee( prepared from Nandini milk itself). Priced at Rs 470/L.
