Baba gadbad krte hain usme. Soch smjh k lena
Other wise go for Amul no doubt
My grand uncle used to sell buffalo ghee and I grew up consuming it till 6 years ago. If you can find locally then go for it. It is healthy and none of us gained weight and became overweight as some dimer said. I only gained weight when swiggy started service in Guwahati 😅
Nowadays, I buy either Annapurna or Aashirvaad ghee as my mom think they’re less adulterated.
What about thie ghee available on Amazon.
https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07NHXBCRX/ref=cm_sw_r...
It says a2 desi cow ghee and price is just 920/kg which looks decent .Any reviews ?how is it possible to sell at this price compared to other ghee available more than 1500 /kg for desi cow ghee?
Based on my experience, I would suggest Nandini Pure Cow’s Ghee. In case you don’t get it in your area, I would suggest Patanjali Cow’s Ghee.
If you know how to make ghee and have enough time to do it, I would suggest you to buy either Patanjali or Country Delight cow’s milk to make home made ghee.
I am using Aashirvad Svasti Cow Ghee for last 15 days and its quality wise very good , Smooth Danedaar and very good aroma. I think Cow ghee is Best.
tasted many ghee but found only Patanjali cow is the best and original
In 500rs range patanjali taste better of course, 2 others are aashirwad and govardhan.
But I don’t think it’s desi cow ghee. They also did not mention desi cow or A2 on it.
Eating ghee of foreign cow is useless
Cow ghee patanjali brand is very good
Buffalow Ghee is good because I am using buffalow Ghee 100% Pure Desi (Village Buffalow)
AMOREARTH Desi Gir Cow A2 Cultured Ghee Organic, 500 ml https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07B48Y2D7/ref=cm_sw_r...
This is one of the best available but not affordable. I don’t use this but health experts online recommend this for Golden milk recipe.
Ghar ka khao wahi best hai if available drink 100 ml once per week without eating anything for first 6 hours that day it helps cleaning ur intestines
There is a very simple calculation in understanding the benefits of a Ghee by understanding the milk.
The best milk for humans are in below order -
1. Camel
2. Goat
3. Cow
4. Buffalo
The thinner the milk, the better the quality. The more degradable milk the more nutritional qualities.
So in simple terms, upar ka order for milk will give you best nutrition in Ghee. Rest choice is yours.
Amul, Patanjali and Goverdhan have good ghee… go for cow ghee especially if u have a kid at home..
Dynamix is good.. But Availability is crisis sometimes.
Cow ghee is recommended and is used frequently in ayurvedic medicine
Nandini is the brand I trust. In last 15 years I have not faced any issues with this brand…..best way to test ghee is do Yajna
Patanjali is not pure cow ghee as it source raw butter from Nandini and that is mixed butter…to look pure they add yellow colour
Amul is good brand but ghee has lot of water content so I. Yajna it produces lot of sound
If anybody of you go to Kolkata, buy ‘Jharna Ghee’ available in any sweetshop. Its 250ml container but has an amazing good aroma and granular texture. Certainly you will be satisfied.
In Chennai it’s Giri and Co 700-800/kg. 80+ years old. We purchase it for our use in Bangalore. Aroma and taste can’t match any brand marketed ghee.
Confusion hi confusion solution ka pata nahi
true . everyone has own taste. but what i found is cow ghee is good -
personally i like Buffalo ghee more. i used to buy at murugan ghee store and mysore ghee store in Hyderabad. those are not brands but really good home made ghee. but here in Bangalore i use only Nandini cow ghee. cheaper than others and very good aroma and quality
Buffalo ghee has good taste and also helps in gaining weight but it doesn’t have much of nutritional value compared to cow ghee. Cow ghee has lots of nutritional value and also helps to reduce weight. In a nutshell cow ghee is better than buffalo ghee in terms of health.
If you want to purchase cow ghee online within:
₹500 to ₹600 Gowardhan ghee (best in class)
₹450 to ₹500 amul ghee, mother dairy and Nestle
₹400 to ₹450 Ananda gopaljee ghee (best cheapest ghee)
These are personally verified. If you want buffalo ghee. Vedaka buffalo ghee is also available in Amazon
I would recommend go with desi cow ghee. Better if you get it from local farmers or local dairy so that it must be more authentic compare to buying ghee pockets from shops.
If you wont get it from local farmers then Buy it from below link. Personally I used it and recommending. I cost is comparatively high due authentic one.

Nandini cow ghee is only available in Karnataka but its really good. Nearly indistinguishable from home-made ghee( prepared from Nandini milk itself). Priced at Rs 470/L.
