when asked they said it was last years this month bill, but i recently shifted to this flat
usually i get 200-300 bill, now i got 1300 and this month 1400
last month bill i paid 1300/- again 1400/- means its huge

they will be charging previous year (same equivalent month) bill for Mar\Apr and they will adjust it accordingly if & when the lockdown eases and they can get back to visiting houses and take meter readings and all. I would say lets wait it out and see.. Its not like they didn’t announce it or something but am sure it didnt reach most of the folks!!
