Bro, what you are trying to accomplish is simply not possible because of the fundamental limitation of the electronic/computer medium. Same goes for publishing books and videos.
Think of it this way, +even if you somehow control the “client device” to disallow the download, there are always external ways to download your audio — somebody will just record it via a microphone on another device/phone. Same concept applies for digital books and videos.

but i dare say that if any audio /video is streamed (sent) to some user even as read-only it eventually gets ‘sent’ in totality and if the ways to harness that stream are employed then almost all such data can be ‘downloaded’.
so keeping it not downloadable is nearly impossible if uploaded as audio/video. sites like http://www.videograbb...m/ can leech directly.
if you are okay with giving restricted access, or access to certain people only then most do have a private listing or the unlisted upload option.
[i have heard of vimeo, soundcloud allow that, may be youtube too can be used for non-searchable listing http://www.google.com/search?q=youtube+private+... ]
i do know of text documents like pdf having the ability to block the ‘copy’ function or the ‘print’ function and
I actively use the same if needed.
not sure if anything like that exists for audio data too. sorry.

Bro, seems like you missed my response to @Achilles where I mentioned that “hacks” similar to recording the audio via an external mic are possible for text as well as video content. The PDF restrictions by Adobe are only good in theory. The good old Print Screen button (or a VM screen capture if the Print Screen button is disabled) or a camera/mobile pointed at the screen render those restrictions useless.
