need help... horrible experience with paytm

Take care of your money guys..they are looting the paytm money. take a note of every transaction. when I raised a complain about my missing paytm wallet cash, they simply erased all my paytm wallet history. now I have to run after them and fight..beware also just noticed that few of my paytm cash transfers are still pending after weeks and have raised the complain.

i guess these people will make trust during some period and start looting people silently after that

Typical story of the highly vulnerable human trait of greed followed by disappointment.
Makes me think of the Saradha scam in West Bengal and other states wherein lakhs if not crores fell into the trap:-P

Bought a laundry basket off PAYTM… It was delivered without any protection just wrapped in a plastic bag. Didn’t opened it since it was visible from outside from the clear plastic bag…

Broken at three places I refused delivery.. BUT I made sure that courier people do not keep the package by writing a detailed condition of the product on the paper courier people get delivery sign on including order no. & my contact no. explaining the problem..

To be safe I even copied this on the label on the article itself…

The customer care took 20 mins to answer my call. By that time I had returned the article & sent it off but I told them I refused delivery on damaged products ground… they agreed to refund…

Got my refund In 9-10 days…

I don’t shop anywhere else other than Flipkart and Amazon. Have got bad experience with Shopclues(fake products), snapdeal(wrong item delivered), Indiatimes(took money and never dispatched my mobile for 20 days, cancelled and bought from Flipkart, got delivered in 2 days), paytm(power bank, no cashback yet!). Take a lesson guys. Some people are just sitting there to rip you off.

File a complaint in consumer court. Or just use that word.. They will do what you need asap. Lol.

Returned, raised a refund request its been ten days and theres NO response. F***ing custcare u mail them they dont reply

Who is the seller..

lets us update the list of worst sellers… even if he cancels without a reason.. or ships product via worst couriers.. etc.. abandon the seller..

edit: got seller.. now how to solve this kind of problems.. il receive a couple of orders from paytm tomorrow. tensed now..
