I bought 2 products from paytm

1. bought a philips trimmer 4005
applied philips50 coupon… I got the confirmation message too..
now they have not given Cashback saying I ve not applied any coupon

I asked to return.. they are not allowing that too

2.
orderer zovi formal shoe
they sent me a tshirt instead..
after seeing other reviews on desidime
I refused to take it from courier guy…

and yesterday got a mail saying it was delivered to guy named keshav(I dont know who the hell is he)

need help
please suggest me something what can I do now

For me too a horrible expericene. I ordered mop by picture and they sent a different.. cheap product.. Has been one and a half month of following up.. They cancel the return requet every time I raise without a reply.. I woont buy from Paytm…. even if there is a very good deal…

I am struggling since last month 2 find out where my two orders are lost. Courier says delivered but I have never got them. Lost about 2000, paytm would never listen. I would never buy from PAYTM when they stopped giving such high discounts. Gonna be a fail

Yesterday I got one T-Shirt instead of sports shoe from ZOVI for a paytm order. I had lot of mail exchanges with both zovi and paytm, they are telling that they will refund after picking it up.

Another instance, I have got a very cheap quality MOP instead of what is mentioned on their website. Also didn’t get some free gift with the purchase. They said again the same thing for refund. I kept it.

refer order history whether coupon is applied or not…if applied send them snapshot of the same on their fb wall.

Just search for their grievance or any other high authority’s email, and shoot a strict email mentioning about harassment caused to you and just mention the ‘consumer protection act, 86’. And tell them to assist you at the earliest or else you’ll be knocking the consumer forum. Also tell them that you’re a member at various online forums, and you’ll make sure that lakhs of people know about their fraud practice if issue isn’t resolved.

Had similar experience with PayTm. They are worst in resolving issues. 1.3 months over and issue still persists.

Guys after reading all your comments in this thread, Just want to add my experience too.

This happened to me with a recharge of 50/-, where I was having 50 PayTm cash in my account and I applied the groupon 50 cashback on 50 coupon. The coupon was applied at the page and even the message for cashback got prompted.
Effectively I do not have to pay anything for this order, but when I proceeded towards payment and I made the payment with my PayTM cash. The order where I applied the coupon got rejected due to technical order and at the same time another order was processed where coupon was not applied and they directly deducted my 50/- PayTM cash.
Once an order is rejected, it always asks the user to place another. It was surprising that how could another order took place without my consent.

Another experience:

750/- PayTM cashback on Citibank credit card approval though the link shared in their coupon

I got my Citi CC approved but form next 3 months did not got any intimation from PayTM about my 750/- PayTM cash reward.
In Aug 2014 I got a call from representatives that I am going to add 750/- cash in some time to your account kindly check.
Till now nothing has been added. I have shooed out strong mails, voice requests on their 1800 no. but nothing happened.

Just want to say that these are cheap practices that should not exist in an organization like PayTM.
There are no grievance office contact no., no escalation IDs where users like us can approach to.
No representatives to assisst on phone.

I think guys lets make distance from shopping at PayTM. Let them be just a recharge solution for us. That too when we have deals and loots going on.

Tushar Marketing who is selling euro products sent me 3nos of vests instead of 9.
I called CC (luckily got connected in a minute) he said to return the package by paying charges as reverse pickup was not available.

I did it and sent them copy of airway bill,
Got refund after 3days of package delivery with courier charges.

Little troublesome but got refund.

i too had some very bad experiences with Paytm/shop. They never replied to my mails. The few mails I received were machine response. Stopped purchasing with Paytm altogether. Now only recharging with paytm.

Admin Let this be a steady thread and let other dimers be aware about the poor tactics by used by PayTM.

Let us maintain distance from PayTM shopping and let them be a recharge solution for us, until they fix up these issue and open up a platform for users to raise a flag for.

+1. Please update it with impressions of every order that you place. It does definitely help others in avoiding these hassles! These days paytm store is becoming really worse with a lot of stupid sellers and we must be cautious enough to not buy from them

Apart from all this hera pheri by Paytm sellers mentioned here, I have noticed that some sellers have posted inflated MRPs/selling prices compared to what they are selling on their own websites. Campus Sutra is one of them. There are also a couple of perfume sellers doing this. Yes, many sellers do this even on Ebay. Best is to avoid buying(in case of Ebay, leave a negative feedback).
