Regarding my previous failed transactions just spoke with someone on this number (+919986844448). They said they have initiated the refund already but I insisted on some proof so they sent me this

This is India rules are here we are paying through reputed payment processors if they don't refund - they can be proseucted also we can still get our money back using charge back. I successfully used chargeback on bajajpay and olamoney - don't know whether Amazon pay also allow us to charge back. Guys keep hope live no one can eat our money

Dekho bhaiyo aur unki Behano, this will happen only in rarest of rare cases where a company takes someone’s money and runs away. Everyone will get their refunds eventually.

It's possible that the payment department might have only 1 or 2 people handling it, and you all know there are thousands of people trying to take advantage of Amazon gv to credit card bill payment.

If they are processing refunds manually, it will take even more time.

When handling refunds in Razorpay’s merchant account, you have to be very careful. If you mistakenly click on the refund button for a successful payment, the refund will be sent to a customer who had a successful transaction.

I also mentioned about BBPS pre-funding; small startups don't have crores of rupees. When funds run out, BBPS payments start getting pending and failing, and who knows how many lakhs of transactions people would have made by now.

The picture I received from Highway delite team had an section mentioning error code and error message. In error message its written "insufficient balance" Maybe they ran out of funds that why transactions were failing -

RazorPay Payment gateway not visible. Is it removed? For me only UPI method showing.

Received refund for transaction done on 26th , after I raised dispute with razorpay , a callback was received and after than refund was received without deduction of any charges, full refund received.

Those who have not received refund so far can raise dispute with razorpay

thanks @sanjeevtomarji  , i too just recieved refund after raising dispute .  these guys are only handling disputes i think for now

did anyone try recently, are Transactions going through?

Everytime on trying to pay for SBI, I was only getting UPI as the PG .Is there any other steps which is needed to have the other two non - UPI payment gateway options?

Edit: I had to be on vpn for installing and then I got Razorpay. Paid 10k to SBI fron wallet and it went through.

Razopay refunded with plateform fee but cashfree rigit at not refunding platform fee

Razopay is far better than cashfree
