I feel this app is almost similar to innopay with added benifits of pay from wallet.
During my last experience with innopay 3 txns failed for which I got refund automatically in less than 6-7 days .

Guys money in safe hands as per customer care. Refund will be processed from BBPS not from Highway Delight, as per them it will be credited to source in 5 working days.
if processed from BBPS means for payment bill of 102.15, refund is only 100 right????

I think their system is not updated properly.
Register your complaint, im sure they will refund your conv fee.
Refund is automatic, i think developer forget to add conv fee on refund process. 😀

Update: Au Bill Payment Failed.... risky app... don't try.
Now Amazon wallet option is back.
i also heard, if trxn is failed they are now refunding with conv fee too.
Note - try at your own risk, failed hoga toh refund aa jayega. People with weak hearts should stay away from this loot.
