I had placed an order for Pentasure DM in Flipkart
The order has four Pentasure Packs, each pack contains 1KG.. so in total it is 8kgs..
They had sent me just 1kg and marked all 8kgs are delivered... I had raised a complaint on the same... including the photos of the carton box and CCTV camera footage... They had rejected saying " order got delivered " confirmed by delivery guy.
when I reopened the request mentioning the images & cctv footage and told them see the box and let me know how can that small box contains 8kgs of pentasure... They had rejected the reopened complaint and blacklisted my account... without giving any notice or clarification on it.
Can someone help me to understand.. How can I fight against this?

You can raise your voice on Twitter and tagging the Flipkart customer care handle and then generate a complain in NCH and then NCH will ask you to send a email to Flipkart and state the NCH complain number and then Flipkart might help you

Same happened with me, I have ordered 2 qty of helmets in single order. Received parcel via delhivery and it contained only 1 helmet.
Upon highiliting issue to cc they gave refund for 1 qty

You will have the shipping label pasted on the box. It should have the seller's address, if not it would have the seller's GST No. Note it down and go to gst.gov.in and click on search taxpayer> search by GSTIN/UIN of the taxpayer. You will get the seller's address. You can send a note to the seller with all the relevant pictures that you took. If he agrees to settle down, its ok, else file a case in the consumer forum.
Flipkart customer service sucks...so left selling on it.

Don't use Flipkart service they are the worst and day by day it's getting downgraded . Even for me they have blocked my account saying that unauthorised payment method used and I had always paid through card or UPI . I had 1k gift card added in my account still they have blocked.
Amazon is way better.

Flipkart making lot of issues with out delivering order simply they are changing status delivered when we raise compliant after 2 days they're blocked account. This is not 1 time for me. I am ready file a case in consumer court if anyone come with me we will fight. Just support no money nothing I will show you people suffering issues with Flipkart like me..

First level employees are just dumb or knowingly deny the issue. You have to escalate further for resolution
Flipkart sellers are making customers fool by fake product picture. E.g. there was some deal of 5 lady kurtas, where 5 kurta picture is there, but in description somewhere mentioned only 1 kurta quantity. Also seller make minimum quantity 5. At the end you get 1*5 kurta instead of 5*5 and FK cust care never listen.
So check your product description in detail, whether 1 pack is mentioned, even picture is for 2. Also check weight in description, and then check if you multiply to 4 quantity, can it become 1 bigger quantity pack. I am just guessing, as these are the ways to make customer fool by flipkart seller.
P.S. - I know title of product mentioned 2kg. But even if any slight mention of lesser quantity in description, Flipkart will take that as final.
Nch=nich or neech, nothing will do except time pass, jago grahak jago & nch both comes under consumer affairs ministry but these are all for industrial houses to blackmail them in the name of consumer protection to seek political donations, corruption money, zero help to customers, never saw any decision in favor of customers or online, offline customers complaints resolution
