I had placed an order for Pentasure DM in Flipkart
The order has four Pentasure Packs, each pack contains 1KG.. so in total it is 8kgs..
They had sent me just 1kg and marked all 8kgs are delivered... I had raised a complaint on the same... including the photos of the carton box and CCTV camera footage... They had rejected saying " order got delivered " confirmed by delivery guy.
when I reopened the request mentioning the images & cctv footage and told them see the box and let me know how can that small box contains 8kgs of pentasure... They had rejected the reopened complaint and blacklisted my account... without giving any notice or clarification on it.
Can someone help me to understand.. How can I fight against this?

The Twitter or youtube wont help in case of Flipkart, they grower thick skin since last 3-4years. After some trails like sending multiple mails and waiting for response, one can file a case in NCH. Flipkart usually responds to the issues from NCH I personally did this twice after waiting for a month and both cases resolved).
In OP's case he stted account is blocked. So, no point in mails, he need to raise a case in NCH. If it is not resolved then his only option is Consumer Court. He need to invest time (approx a year or so) and attend every hearing, if his case is strong.

let's say if a liter of coconut oil price in Flipkart appears as 180/-, so any user think of buying 3 or more... that's the nature... Now, after placing the orders.. Flipkart cancels it by mentioning wrong price.. and add those three cancellations on your name/account....

Send a legal notice to their grievance officer through registered post with all the details, give them a week or so to resolve the issue, if the issue is still not addressed register a case in your district consumer commission and demand a complete refund along with compensation for loss of value for money, mental harassment and legal charges. You can represent your case on ur own without any lawyer. Just follow the procedure and process.

Register the complain at consumer helpline https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/user/register-c... . I tried to call flipkart for almost a month or more on their customer support for my laptop which they were not able to deliever and there was no option to cancel the product from my dashboard and cusotmer care just playing games. They open the request and they close in the evening. I didn't even recieved a email that resoultion is done. In reality nothing is done. Finally, I compaliained in consumer forum. There too, they tried to make my request go way asking me to cancel myself and closed my request two times. Finally, a third consumer complaint in 3rd day . They finally understood what the problem is and sent the refund back after almost 2 months. And I'm now in process with bank to revert the refund to my bank account.
Flipkart is trying to scam consumers. There ethics are lost. And giving more power to sellers and logistic partner for collective greed .

Online shopping have turned bad these days, all the sites have lots there ethics, including Amazon but flipkart is worst among all, even flipkart have suspended my account after order was cancelled by seller on pricing error. Account was having around Rs.600 balance it was my oldest account with 10-15 completed orders out of which only 2 orders was returned.

It happened with me also. I had ordered 15 shoes, but they delivered only 10 shoes and when I complained about missing item, they blocked my account and my amount got stuck.
Flipkart is pathetic, I have uninstalled the app. Me and my family will never buy anything from Flipkart anymore.

The thing is that you did not verified the package properly. If all 8 packs was for out for delivery in same tracking id then how can you accept 1kg parcel.
Also, 8kg is too much, low level or even senior level employee will know that you are probably right but that much order can't be for self consumption. They flagged your account for bulk order and suspicious fraud by asking refund.
Nothing can be done.
Next time never place an order in bulk.
In my case, I placed 15kg oil pack 2 times from big basket, placed 2 packs more as it was for wedding. Order got cancelled and account was blocked with 6k in wallet. 6k gone... Customer care said I placed order for resell, till this day my account is blocked.

If Government want to black mail they will have 100 ways they dont need concentrate on this approach. these kind of cases are 5 in 100 or so. Also the value of such cases will be less (below one lakh), so that does not make sense to black mail industries for such low amount.

First level employees are just dumb or knowingly deny the issue. You have to escalate further for resolution
Flipkart sellers are making customers fool by fake product picture. E.g. there was some deal of 5 lady kurtas, where 5 kurta picture is there, but in description somewhere mentioned only 1 kurta quantity. Also seller make minimum quantity 5. At the end you get 1*5 kurta instead of 5*5 and FK cust care never listen.
So check your product description in detail, whether 1 pack is mentioned, even picture is for 2. Also check weight in description, and then check if you multiply to 4 quantity, can it become 1 bigger quantity pack. I am just guessing, as these are the ways to make customer fool by flipkart seller.
P.S. - I know title of product mentioned 2kg. But even if any slight mention of lesser quantity in description, Flipkart will take that as final.
