1. What is the Amazon Pay balance cashback offer (“Offer”)?

Flipkart sucks in returns. If you return something, Flipkart executive opens the whole damn thing and inspects. There is no option of time slots also, which is crucial for working people. Amazon guy just takes the package and leaves. Amazon delivery and returns are impeccable on timings.

For me Flipkart is for sales days( big electronics product, appliances will be cheaper than elsewhere- TCL 65C2US was available for 80k on fk which was sold @ 111k on Amazon, and fk do delivers big products to my pincode, and amazon used deliver big products like tvs to my pincode year back, now they wont deliver those to my pincode- so amazon has degraded here)….

Amazon is for normal days( better for groceries and small items- some are usually cheaper than bigbazaar), but for electronics, appliances Amazon is big no for me.
Before buying a lightening deal product on sales days always check the regular price. Most of the times there is only rs.1 difference. 
Agreed. Also these days Amazon deliveries through Bluedart are facing issue. Courier people either delivering late or sending back to Amazon/Seller.

I bought two ac from amazon on the first day as extra 2k or 2 5k cashback was dere for prime, but totally stuck with delivery, one ac delivered contained outdoor unit of 1.5 ton and indoor unit of 1 ton( my other order), cc said wait for the other order, most probably the other set will be there, now everyday it shows out for delivery and then unable to contact customer. No delivery attempt at all. Guess it would return back.. CC has no liason with ats at all.
Yes it’s a great problem with large products like ac or refrigerator. I face the same with refrigerator delivery at kolkata. Courier cannot say when they could deliver and comes with out inform and go back shown as non deliver even they not done a call. After 5 days of conversation with courier none can help. There after suddenly they deliver once without information and my neighbor took the deliver with forcing them otherwise they said we cannot call for a time bound delivery. What’s a problem for 2000 discount

I have ordered Skechers during offer when they show diff product during order pic shown is of sneakers… but after 2days it changed product to slippers…. if it’s third party seller den we can understand but how come this big goof up by RETAILNET seller

bought shoes on amazon and flipkart in last sale. amazon delivered next day, picked up return and credited refund day after the order date. flipkart has yet to ship though 5days passed!!
for me flipkart sucks. premium brand stuff is cheaper on amazon (except mobiles) and their delivery is lighting fast.
