1. What is the Amazon Pay balance cashback offer (“Offer”)?

Amazon is not bad either but their sales are flop. Flipkart rules during sales. That’s where my money goes.
Shopped above 1 lac from flipkart during sale, on Amazon it was 5-6k that too cause I ordered Fire tv. Nothing else was on sale.
Amazon earned their reputation when Flipkart was giving bad customer service and delay in delivery but things have changed now.

Instead of just announcing sales and spending crores ot money in advertisements i hope amazon actually holds 3,4 sales only a year and actually delivers. Flipkart is taking huge strides in customer care, delivery and offers in the past 6-9 months. Amazon is going down and down past 6 months. Customer care is not helpful at all now. No actual deals other than price error loots.

customer support & service wise amazon is the best.. prompt & immidiate response with wide range of products & pan india delivery for almost all products…offer wise theres some issue it seems..flipkart during sale remained best for offers but service & delivery is better for bangalore only not for rest of india…
Flipkart’s Catalogue is very limited compared to what amazon has to offer.
flipkart is nw the owner of myntra & jabong but their services are very bad compare to fk…they take more time for delivery & smtimes they cancel order themselves after 10-15 days of order placed…they charge vat too…very pathetic..earlier myntra was gud better service & prompt delivery but got worsen nw…
I do agree with some people here that I personally have been favouring Flipkart over Amazon lately. Amazon is making too many goof ups lately and their support is turning out to be terrible too in understanding and resolving the issues.
Even in the last sale I sadly didn’t even place a single order on Amazon as I didn’t find any worthy deals. All my shopping was on Flipkart, PaytmMall and Myntra.
Last sale flop because of HDFC Bank offer, This Time comes with CitiBank, So again a Big failure.. They should come with SBI Offer that’s too with Instant Discount and Terms & Condition like Flipkart !!

Amazon services and delivery is far better than flipkart and I think Flipkart is worthy to buy during Big Billion Sale only..
Except Redmi note 4 , I haven’t bought anything from Fipkart since last year BBS and this year nothing except CS100 was on a loot discount which I missed it.
Amazon too offered same price as Flipkart with much better cashback of Rs 4500 in comparison to Rs 1500 per day limit of FK so was good for Rs 45000+ products Flipkart wont have to offer anything in Diwali Sale so it waste to expect anything , Snapdeal is good for nothing. Paytm can take the benefit from flop sale of Giants and can offer good cash.back deals especially during flash sale.
Amazon CC ppl are becoming rude now. Almost all of my orders in the past 1 year is running into problems. Delivery guys are also pathetic. One ATS guy thrown the courier bag in front of me in the floor before opening it when it contains my 30K worth of phone. Contacted customer care and their response is like "well this is what we can do. anything else. u take it or leave it ". On the other hand flipkart improved their CC seriously in the past year. Swift contact and resolution. Even if there is any delay still they are voluntarily informing the customers about the delay. Amazon needs to step up or they will be left behind by flipkart just like alibaba did them in china..

I am a frequent shopper at both… I am surprised how many people actually think fk is good at cc… Based on my experience the cc is non existent and the policies they have it is almost like they are doing a favor to you… I don’t care about 5 10 % extra but Amazon knows how to treat a customer… Or maybe they are just partial to me… For me I only use fk in case of extreme deals… Like the TCL deal… Where anyways you assume that fk cc will say u bought it we don’t care about u now.. Which they do anyways
Now they are bringing myntra to the level of fk as 2ell…seems next year onwards all my purchases bar any extreme offers would be at Amazon only
For me it’s Amazon for svd/pantry items.. And usually flipkart during sale for mobiles etc. Paytm mostly for cloths and small electronics as I always get better discounts on trusted brands on paytm.
