Yes, used DBS on BS. Assuming you mean activated by “enabled”, i.e. you are able to login to the wallet, just not able to use the VCC yet. Just wait for upto 24 hours for the card to get activated. I doubt you have done everything correctly. As mentioned many times, it’s a known bug. Click on each field and hit “done” until the x visible next to the field disappears.
P.S. Used the DBS app on BS last night. I face this problem everytime, but get past it using the onscreen keyboard.

I think now its getting instantly activated as in my case, got 500 cb of 700 within couple of min after creating DBS account.

Had the same issue when I used 6-digit user name; changed it 10-digits and simplified the password (earlier used caps/small combo with digits then changed to small with 3 digits) and finally was able to complete the signup
