Finally able to install Digibank app and registered. Added Rs.700 using netbanking to Digibank and also could see virtual debit card number in digibank account. Tried adding Rs.700 to Ola Money with code “DBS” but getting error “code doesn’t exist” . Please share if there are any other options to get Rs.500 buy adding Rs.700 into ola wallet using Digibank

Is it working for loading money to Ola Wallet? I could see Digibank virtual debit card number and I guess we need to apply code “DBS” to get Rs.500 credit. Can you please let me know the coupon code you used to load money to ola wallet using digibank virtual card.

Hi- I tried from ola app (i.e. ola cabs app) only. After opening ola app, went to “ola money” section and added Rs.700 under “Enter recharge amount” and tried applying coupon “DBS” under “have a promo code” section but getting the above mentioned error . Are you able to apply the coupon?

No, they have no way of knowing whether you are a DigiSavings account customer or a DigiExpress customer at the time of applying the code on Ola Cabs. You don’t even enter the card number until the next step. Basically, they have prematurely withdrawn this offer for everyone.

Yep – you are right.

Under offers section in digibank the same Ola offer listed but called out that it is only for digisavings holders and hence I called out. As you right called out they prematurely withdrawn giving that offer with code DBS and will be issuing individual unique codes to all customers who signed for digisavings account.

No – the information I shared is what I read from their app under deals section. I will check with digibank (DBS) customer care as well..
