Now the activation is instant. Earlier it took around 24 hr to activate.

Installed the new version of digibank app and created an account. I have a notification saying upgrade to digisavings and get ola offer. Do I need to upgrade to digisavings account to get ola offer or shall I continue with the initial installation? Thanks

if yes, im not able to add money to DBS account from App. : 2 options that i find is netbanking and debit card. since my bank is hdfc, im using the debit card option and it says something is not right.

im getting the same error since many days. account (dbs) was activated like about 10 days back.

^I had the same error but when I tried with Axis, i was able to load money but when I tried recharging in paytm with VC, was not able to use it as transaction was declined and it said to contact bank for further clarifications.

yes, because tech. glitch is going on in dbs.

It is very easy. Load Money to Virtual Card via Debit Card. The first field is name field, then Number. If name field is not appearing then it is Andriod version problem. Try in another phone it will work. I spoken to the customer care, they helped.
Only solution if not working in your mobile, try other mobile – your problem resolved.

Wehn Top up it ask for 2 options, Debit Card & Net Banking. choose your Master or Visa Debit Card. When the page displays, it should display Four fields, Name, Number, Expiry & cvv. If all four field not appearing try another phone.

This is known annoyance with the DBS app and has been discussed many times in the first few pages of this thread.

Until yesterday I avoided Ola as I do not ride cabs very often and Ola Store is not also available to my place. But Ola Money has changed my way of looking at Ola

For me even done or enter is not working now.it worked one time yesterday once then is stuck on next page.tried force stop n again,still same
