Looks like additional precautions have to be taken now before looting ebay

If seller wont see your account is blocked(no longer registered) in his order history, I hope 90% chance you will receive your order

IMO, except this returns thing, nothing much has changed. The suspensions were always there. Earlier, they used to ban accounts even if the addresses & phone numbers matched. They seem to have relaxed the rules on that front.

suspension was there before… also they are not so strict about small loots i mean you can register without verifying your numbers .
they know that and if they aren’t doing something that means they really dont care
well if you go overboard like 10-15 accounts from same device. then they come after you

Yeah and even then, they only suspend your accounts. It’s not like they run away with your money. You get your money back.
