This is the sole reason I want op to contact the seller and know the exact reasons as to why his orders were called off even after being dispatched , was it the seller who did this or was it automatically done be ebay

Not the seller, it must’ve been eBay because they’ve been doing this for a while now. I remember few of my orders placed during the 100% off thing were called back after being shipped. Many others had encountered the same thing back then.

maybe seller called it back as ebay put some complications in issuing money to the seller for sold goods to fake accounts/blocked accounts . maybe thats why he called back the courier

Ebay has an entirely different maketplace model in the sense that once placed ; orders cannot be cancelled even by ebay as they actually have no control over the sellers ;
Ebay had a hard time stopping the orders and had to shift there system time ahead of the last date for dispatch so that the refunds were processed for the orders and somehow the orders were cancelled

If it was non powership order, it can not be or seller will not ask to return to him.
If it’s a ebay powership order, and you account is banned, your parcel can be returned from any point anytime they want with single email

talk to ebay cc and told them you didn’t know about multiple accounts policy. and ask for money back
but before that call the seller and ask him why he called back the product even after shipping ?
what does the courier tracking status say ? btw

yup that can be done but sellers usually do not do that as anyhow they will be getting the entire money from ebay

You’re mistaken. They advanced the time and they also managed to stop the Powership shipments (not all) which were handed over to the courier companies especially to Bluedart. Once the shipment gets marked as RTO by the courier company, the eBay system automatically starts the refund process.

Buddy , Even if you call or if seller is power seller , Ebay cant control the delivery/ stoppage of orders. Ebay has a mammoth amount of sellers ( in fact they are the no 1 vendor managed platform in terms of numbers )and i wonder if they could really reach out to hold delivery of all orders . Well i also had the same issue , seller himself has put on hold the delivery. on contacting he told he had received ebay message stating not to deliver . So i feel its a matter of timing (on when he receives the message for holding back from ebay) and seller’s discretion

yup that can be done but the thing I am concerned about is has ebay started some kind of a check where if the buyer account gets suspended after the order dispatch and the product was shipped using ebay powership items would be automatically returned back midway

Seller will not stop the shipment, if account is suspended ebay share their excel file with the concern logistic partner with connected AWb, and asks them to halt delivery, orders status changes to “Return to Origin” and seller gets the parcel in 5 to 15 days.

It’s been there since that goof-up. Whether they have managed to automate it now, I don’t know.
