60% code applied but at checkout whole full money deducted
i mailed several times to seller but they not accept to cancell my order
also i hv mailed eaby to cancell order
..
today i rejected both delivery
..
Now what can happen in this setuation??

As far as I know they have deactivated the online verification long back. You need to contact eBay support to verify your account. They will call you to confirm your details after which your limits will be removed.

If it was a Powership order, you’ll get the refund automatically else you’ll have to raise a claim.
