I have so far good experience with Tradus. Their products were found genuine and economically low priced. As far as delivery of item is concerned, the shipping charges may vary depending on the items. Some are very low and some very high but they always deliver the items within the stipulated schedule. The pricing is very competitive and on almost all occasions, I have received prices lower than local stores or online shopping stores. :-} Especially mobile app is very good & huge discount on some items using coupons. I purchased usb vaccum cleaner for my car. The item was shipped on time and was at my doorstep within a week. But the Rs. 399 vaccum cleaner never ever worked. I tried reaching them through phone support (it was not easy to get their number) but to no avail. They asked me to lodge an online complaint. I lodged the complaint. Asked for refund / return. I purchased 4 PETER ENGLAND SHIRTS from a trader in Tradus website. He has supplied a fake shirts and suprisingly the website has not permitted me to mark negative about him. I ordered Sony Xperia M from Tradus & This is the worst experience i am facing in my 2 years of e shopping. I paid around 12000 Rs for Sony Xperia M. I was just saved from all the hassles after reading all the reviews posted here. Luckily I also got hold of a Tradus vendor's phone number and address and when I asked them about the features of the product (samsung Galaxy S2) I was a bit surprised to know that they just provide dealer Warranty on Mobile phones and not manufacturers warranty. guys...agree wth the majority...purchased one printed kurti from them, delivered product was different in color and in very cheap finishing. After that.
