Got Wrong Product.Service not Satisfying

I ordered Sony Xperia M from Tradus & This is the worst experience i am facing in my 2 years of e shopping. I paid around 12000 Rs for Sony Xperia M. But product delivered to me was ARISE ROWDY T1 Plus.M.R.P mentioned on that product was 3499 only. I instantly launched an complaint online as they have no customer care number to deal with. The seller denied to replace the product as he is saying that he sent correct product & might have replaced by courier(BLUEDART) in this case that was arranged through Tradus.It has been 10 days since I am in touch with tradus team via mails.But still getting same reply that it will take 2-3 days.My money has been stuck with them. I purchased this mobile to gift to my fiancee but that moment has been spoiled by Tradus and the mental harassment I am facing due to my 12000 rs got stuck with them & I don’t know how much time they are going to take to refund or they will eat my money like Timtara did it with their customer.
