I had recently procured an inverter from Timtara and due to wrong specs quoted on the website, I had requested for cancellation. I had reached out to the service helpdesk and they said they cannot take this request. The Service desk directed me to the Procurement lead, who was literally not helpful. Timtara.com website is completely Fraud, They are attracting people with their Coupons, and making people fool, not even delivering products in one or more then one month period. If you really want to know their reality just get some review on Internet about them. Even I had a very bad experience of this Fu**ing online website. I placed Order with Timtara.com Order Nos 10248642 & 10248644 on 1.5.12 but even after the stipulated delivery period, my items have still not been dispatched by them. This company is going out of business very soon. They are attracting customer via google adds very eaisly. Once you paid them for goods. They never shipped There toll free number no body picks.
