Customer experience is pathetic

I had recently procured an inverter from Timtara and due to wrong specs quoted on the website, I had requested for cancellation. I had reached out to the service helpdesk and they said they cannot take this request. The Service desk directed me to the Procurement lead, who was literally not helpful. I could not connect to the helpdesk further.

I then reached out to the CCO, who indicated that they will cancel the order and later the shipment was made even though the order is canceled. I am not satisfied with the site and would recommend you not to buy from them anything. It is the worst customer experience ever. The site should be shut down for pathetic service and bad customer service:oops:
