I had my balance in old payzapp wallet. Now it shows 0. customer care responding nothing. No call option only we have to text them. Dnt use this app ever. Save your money by dnt use this app

I have had few failed transactions through PayZapp app.  I learnt that it is a third party app for HDFC and not owned by HDFC bank.  So when you do transactions through it you are doing it at your own risk.

Payzapp is 100% Fraud Application. Recently I tried using it for school fee payment via BHIM. I have an a HDFC account itself. And I installed the app and linked it with the HDFC bank account and loaded with Rs.17,000. Later I found that BHIM was not working in their app and tried pulling back money to HDFC account itself. And the app has deducted Rs.630 for it as fees. So i deleted the account itself(I could have go to Consumer Court, right?). view more

Liked payzapp because it is backed by HDFC bank giving a sense of security Also, their offers on partner sites like Ola, Bigbasket are awesome But, the UI is very dull and KYC section has not been properly developed Another drawback is that cashbacks take long time to get credited This hinders the willingness to use them view more
