I really want to give only one star to this company because they treat their customers like crap. I had to add another star because I have been their regular customer so far but unfortunately not anymore. It's been over 3 weeks I've been on it with the company's customer execs to settle an issue. Still unresolved!!!

This site sucks. I have had a very bad experience booking flight tickets on this site. The UI is unreliable so I lost my money. I was booking a flight ticket on 23rd Feb for the same date, when I search flight and entered details, it by default took 23rd March as date and booked my ticket. I didn’t notice it and at the airport got to know that I booked tickets for the wrong month! Just a company full of cheaters. You will book a bus from their app and as soon as you go for the booking the details change. No one answers at their contact number. And they are not ready to take any responsibility, even if you forward them hundreds of mails. Stay away from their app & don't waste your time and money, just to end up cheated by some loser who created this app. - irritated user view more
