In Noida, I had the pathetic experience of Flipkart services. On many occasions the Flipkart delivery executives will call you twice/thrice to ask you for address & by the end of the day will update that customer was unable to be contacted. They would neither carry their card swiping machines nor change if you want to pay in cash. I ordered this product on 03rd of September 2018 and it got delivered on 17th September . When it delivered I disbursed my old refrigerator and waited for installation which was scheduled for 19th of September . 19th I got a mesaage that some one from whirlpool coming to home for installation . One of the wrost service ever i seen in my life just one month ago i bought megar watch with lot's of expectation rs 2500 they mentioned many more thing in below watch..in open form just for the menuplate the online shoppers. Then i highly excited and satrt wearing..but ..all goes wrong after one it was suddenly stopped and i thought might be battery issue..again i see the product highlight there is a 6 months warranty then i start connecting to flipkart management i got a response after two... view more

The worst experience ever. Please don't by air-conditioners on Flipkart & LG brand don't even think about. I am suffering since more than a month now. Made more than 200 calls by now but my problem is not solved yet. I bought a LG ac worth RS 36000 on 26th May, got delivered on 29th. Installation guy did rubbish installation, damaged the indoor unit & run away. I complain to Flipkart & had to follow up number of times.
