worst return policy is provided by the company and no customer support is available....no service is provide after register a complaint...

worst services provided by the flipkart……product are very bad and customer service manager’s are more then that…….no policy….no system…nothing just using their brand name…….
Finally after all the process i have register a complaint on NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE with COMPLIANT NO. 911846.
Actually I have ordered a MOTO 5Gs PLUS on 2nd Sep-2018 with the ORDER ID NO. OD113276688290603000 which is delivered to me on 5th Sep-2018. so i have start the phone but the slim slot no. 1 of the headset is not working. so i have raise a return request on 6th Sep-2018. so i have got a message from your side that your executive will be communicate first.
1. I have received the call on 6th Sep 2018 at 11:57 in afternoon, and the executive told me that you have to do some procedure, so i have follow all their instruction like, clean the golden part of SIM, Restart the phone, factory reset, set up as a new device but the slot is not working so she told me that your request is accepted and also approved by seller and you will receive a TECH VISIT on 7th or 8th Sep-2018 and the TECH guy will check your phone so if it is working then it’s ok else he will be replace your product at same time, he will carry new product with him and he will replace your set at same time. And she told this line to me 2-3 times during that call.
2. After all this i have wait till 10th Sep-2018 and i ave raise a query through your mobile application, so i have got a call from your side at 7:54 PM in which the told me that you don’t have any TECH VISIT scheduled. so he was like that i have scheduled the TECH VISIT on 14 th Sep 2018 and your product will be replace by 19th sep-2018. so i have asked is that lady told me wrong on 6th, so he have no answer of my question after that he transferred my call to MR. DILIP, and again i have told the same issue to MR. DILIP but issue is not resolved by DILIP also then he transferred my call to Mr. Pranab and after some time he accept that the lady told me wrong or she misguided me. and finally the TECH VISIT will be arrange by 14th sep-2018.
3. And today i have track the visit but its showing that the visit is close with troubleshoot.so i have called today at 11:27 morning and Mr. Kishen talked to me and he told me that my return request is cancelled and now i am taking your request again.and he give me the TECH VISIT timing on 17th sep-2018. so finally from 7th is become 17th and delivery will be expected on 25th Spe-2018

4. After this call at 12:28 i have received a message that i have the pick up today so again i have called you and talked with Miss. SARABJEET. and she told me that no sir your visit is cancelled on 9:00 AM in morning.
5. After the registering the complaint i have follow the instructions from NATIONAL HELPLINE so they told me that i have to send a e-mail to you and wait for 7 days, i have send the mail o 13-sep-2018 with the complaint no. on which i have received a cal from your side some lady told me that your pick up will be done by 17-Sep-2018 and replacement product will be delivered by 25th.
6. but on 17th no pick up will be done and till date no communication from side after and registering the complaint i have got a mail in that you did not tell me the pick-up date but you was saying that i will get a call by 20-Sep-2018 before 9:00 pm.
7. Then after that mail on 18th i have got a new mail from your side that i will get a call from your side on 21-Sep-2018, so now i have to wait till 21st.
i have ordered this on EMI and my 1st EMI will hit on 5th and still i don’t have my product. so now i want that replaced product by 21 sep-2018 or i will fill a complaint in consumer fourm.
if you don’t have any proof then just let me know i have all the mails, screenshots, and call recordings to cross check all this issue.
