These guys are total frauds. Never pay online always go for cash on delivery else you would end up wasting ur money and writing mails to them without any response. Highly dissatisfied. Fraud. Never trust this site. I paid online and bought shoes from this website. They delivered the product with wrong information about my payment choice. It was reflecting as ’Cash on Delivery’ on courier database. Due to which product couldn’t be handed over to me. Tried their customer care no: 011-49133000, its not working. They are fooling around the customers with their policies which are not at all clear and have so many terms and conditions attached. If you use a coupon, You wont be able to exchange/return/refund any of the product -> This is not mentioned any where on the policies but still they won't entertain. One of the worst sites i have ever seen, whatever they display is always unavailable and the best part that the frauds accept the money for products not available and don't refund if u have bought 2 or more items. With no other choice left u accept the voucher refund but the story repeats again n again as their trend of accepting orders and taking money for products they actually don't have.
