Customer care support is horrible. They don't listen also your issue.

The expected delivery time for my product was today but they said it will take 5 days. Hell amount of money i paid buy still not getting my product on time

<p>I had placed an order of 5 items on 15th june on cilory.com and received only 2 of them on 17th evening. I immediately contacted their customer service team and spoke to Mr Shaurya, who assured that he will look into it and revert. When i didn't receive any call from their side, i contacted them myself and spoke to Mr. Sagar today morning. He said that they have completed the investigation and have confirmed that all 5 items were sent from their side and nothing can be done now and its me ... view more

Very bad experience from Cilory.if we have to return items only one time return pickup is there. No Return pick up of the Second item. we have to send the product thru courier to gurgaon with our own charges.

Disappointed and never wanted to buy from this site.Indirect way of cheating the customers saying that its our policy.

Clothes quality is also not good.

I ordered for unstitched suit piece of Rs. 899. But the courier man charged 1253....I had to pay because I didn't want argue with that man. ...A very bad experience, which I will of course share with others....Disgusting view more

Worst customer support ever. representative(Banu) is not at all ready to support my query. They are using their own template of answers. whatever you ask they are giving standard answers. Not sure whether they checked internally or not. Poor service. Site may get some good review if they provide quality customer support executives. view more

Is their any option to give negative rating, because its perfectly suits to cilory. Totally Fed up with their services, their process, customer services and App & Website. I have placed my first order on cilory, got delivered within 4 days, I wear products found some problems and I have raised a request for return same day. I was ordered an women dress (Sasya Maroon Designer Kurti - Color : Red, Size : Medium) (Order Reference 1344296 - placed on 24/10/2017) which was received some days age and price is 1249/- . On that day i was sending a request for return (RE#095342 on 24/10/2017).. last 6 days continue yours customer care say that, "Today go and pick up this or tomorrow surely i will go" but no one come in last 6 days.. I feed up on this type of behavior and customer care support also too bad. view more
