Cilory the cheaters

I had placed an order of 5 items on 15th june on cilory.com and received only 2 of them on 17th evening. I immediately contacted their customer service team and spoke to Mr Shaurya, who assured that he will look into it and revert. When i didn’t receive any call from their side, i contacted them myself and spoke to Mr. Sagar today morning. He said that they have completed the investigation and have confirmed that all 5 items were sent from their side and nothing can be done now and its me who is lying. Moreover he asked me if i had made a video while opening the parcel as a proof that only 2 items were inside….how kiddish was that!! He says they cant do anything without any concrete proof.

This is complete fraud and cheating. I have paid 5k and have got only 2 itmes worth 1500 rs.

My order number is 4809990.

If anyone of you at Cilory are listening, pls do something about it and help me in getting the pending 3 items or atleast refund the money.
