My sister had bought a massager(Omron) from Shopping Deals through Amazon. When she tried to return it, they asked us to send back the product by courier as they did not have a pick up policy. This is understandable. However, they insisted on charging a hefty Rs. 410/- as shipping and handling charges with in the same city . This is outright cheating . Amazon has started cancelling orders if u buy extremely 'low-priced' things after a couple of days (just like other small players). They might be accountable to their USA customers but not to Indians. they won't even apologies. And the best part is, if you complaint to customer support, they will favour the seller and advise u to cancel ur order so that their seller is not fined for cancelling the order. view more
