bad for me

bought few item. get ok all except inalsa chopper found broken returned in april 2014 cheque of deutche bank issued on 28 april got in may goes in collection in sbbj JAIPUR my bank returned unclear even inoutstation clearing two times with 200rs bank penality with reason deutche bank is not member of clearing house. on enquiry with sbbj person said this cheque nevercleared in JAIPUR. for 675 rs refund 200rs penalty. and now after three month cheque. expires. and 875 rs unrefunded when asked to amazon cc they said we will issue new cheque. I dont understand. whats the use of cheque. if it is not in clearing position. I feel indian etail. cos like snapdeal. etc better in refund procedure as they instant transfer. as sd cash …if I got amazon. refund may be I will shop with amazon. in future … till waiting for refund
