on 13th Oct'15, While I was browsing for a Power Bank on Amazon, a message flashed that there was a lightening sale on the product, offering extra 22% discount for next 15 minutes. I immediately ordered the product and paid online through credit card. The order was accepted, and dispatched from Delhi to Mumbai in next 2 days. I have had a very bad experience with shopping with Amazon. Lot of terms and conditions which are not so highlighted and are used later on to their advantage. Even when a product is a misfit they refuse to return. After chasers to customer support who is very unhelpful you get nothing.
