Disappointed with Amazon

I have had a very bad experience with shopping with Amazon. Lot of terms and conditions which are not so highlighted and are used later on to their advantage. Even when a product is a misfit they refuse to return. After chasers to customer support who is very unhelpful you get nothing. Even you try and add negative feedback on their website they decline it. That is why so many bad products are still being bought by users and Amazon still shows good reviews. Their paid bloggers and reviewers ensure that they have more positives than real review.
