<p>Hv faced multiple issues before deciding that NEVER shop at AJIO.</p> <p>1. Ordered a dress with payment through netbanking.... never received the dress, bit it shows delivered in the tracker.... kept calling 'customer (they don't) care' to resolve.... everytime they promised a resolution by a certain date, a week from the call date... so after a week the tracker will say problem resolved without hvng resolved it.... kept following up, same thing kept happening.... never got the dress nei... view more

I had ordered a pair of jumpsuit on specific date....all of us sudden the date was delayed and delivery period was extended to some other date... since I had some occasion I never got my jumpsuit on the day I wanted it to be delivered.. never trust Ajio service

<p>Worst costumer service i have ever seen. I'm never getting anything from reliance. Ironically the service is most unreliable. I placed and order for which the payment failed and I didn't receive a refund (the entirety of the money was lost). I have been trying to reach the constumer service for past 1hr but there is nobody picking up the call or they put me on a long hold. This is a disgusting way to treat your constumers. Ajio is very poor in their service. I wanted to return a jeans due to incorrect size being delivered. They say I will have to courier it myself and they shall refund the courier charges. I did that and not almost a month I m following up to get the courier amount refunded. I have a chain of 30 emails with ajio customer service and all they have to say is wait we are working on it.. Pathetic is not the word.

<p>Pathetic service. I made several orders through this app. Didn’t face much issues, but the last order that I’d made, I never received the product but my app notified me as delivery successful. I contacted the customer care thousands of times trying to prove that delivery was never even attempted but all in vain. Had a worst experience with Ajio. Not a valuable platform to purchase things. Zero customer value. Had ordered for 2 pants, out of which only one was received. The pack was opened in front of the courier person, but he said he has got nothing with that. Tried returning the order, they refused to take. There was no response for mails. Customer care number was not reachable. They do not value the customer, their time and money. Highly Recommend not to shop on this platform. view more

Even after multiple emails and multiple calls, I did not get the refund of the items I have already returned. Also, th e items are showing as return cancelled. There in no sync between the company that pickups the items and ajio. Would not recommend to buy stuff from ajio because of kiosk in refund process view more

I order a purchase on 9th Aug and after coming to know about their lazyness and irresponsibility from my friends i canceled that on 11th Aug. It was a prepaid order and my cancelation was granted. 23 days have passed I've not received my refund. The motherfuckers keep saying about their asshole policies but return my money!!!!!! It’s has one of the most horrible… It’s has one of the most horrible customer service I’ve ever come across. In fact their isn’t any customer service at all to begin with. I’ve been calling their customer service continuously for the last couple of days for an issue which is hampering delivery of my product but no one answers the call.
